Welcome to Madison Little League's online registration information page for Baseball and Softball. The registration page is only open during specific times and may be accessed via this link.

Before You Register

Taking care of the following will make the registration process go smoothly and reduce the chance of errors:

  • Read the League & Team Selection notes. This explains the age requirements, league structure, player evaluations, and team selections.
  • Get your credit or debit card
  • Have your child's doctor's contact information handy
  • Know your child's shirt and pants sizes, and height and weight
  • Have your account login info (email address and password)
TIP: It's best to set up and/or update your accounts BEFORE registering. If you're having trouble logging in the two most common causes are: 1) only one parent has been set up and the OTHER one is trying to register this time, and 2) using a different email address than was used to set up the account (your email address is your username). Please check these first.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT create a new account if you are a Returning User, this creates duplicates in the system. You are a RETURNING USER if any family member has registered previously to play in a league, attend a clinic or camp, or volunteer.

Registration & Payment

  1. Select a Program based on your child's League Age and gender, select the proper program from the list below.
  2. Click on thebutton. A page will appear that reminds you that you need to be 18 to continue. Click thebutton.
  3. Select the family member to be registered for the program by clicking on the button
  4. Update contact info on the Participant Information form (if needed) and click
  5. Fill out all the information in the Supplemental Information form, and click
  6. If you want to register for other programs (e.g. other children for other league programs, or parents for volunteer programs), then click on thebutton and repeat the Registration process.
TIP: Parents we need volunteers! Please register to help out. Teams need Team Parents, Coaches, and Assistant Coaches, and the board can always use the help. At a minimum, all parents will be expected to help out with regular game duties including staffing the concession stand and running the scoreboard for games at JC Field and preparing the fields before and after all games.
  1. After registering for the final program, complete the payment process by clicking on thebutton.
IMPORTANT: Payment in full is required at the time of registration by credit or debit card (MC or Visa only). If you exit the registration system without completing payment, then ALL registrations from this session will be DELETED automatically. You will receive a system email notifying that your registration has been deleted due to non-payment, however if this occurs, your child will NOT have a spot in the program and you will have to start the registration process over again.


Policies / Other Information

Birth Certificates: A copy of your child's birth certificate is required for all first time players. Please mail to MLL, PO Box 243, Madison, CT 06443

Financial Assistance: If needed, please contact Chuck Emerson, MLL President.

Family Maximum: Payments are capped at a maximum of $450 per family per season for league registrations (Baseball, Softball, Tee-Ball and Rookie). Family Maximum does not apply to camps, clinics, or other non-MLL programs.

Cancelations: If you need to cancel a registration, you must notify the registrar by email immediately - even if you have unregistered the player from your account.

Credit card information is not stored in the MLL system, therefore refunds are not automatically credited back to the credit card for cancelations. If you cancel a registration and are eligible for a refund (as determined below), the refund amount will be processed either (a) as a credit to your account which can be applied to future registrations, (b) a check to be mailed, or (c) applied as a tax-deductible donation to Madison Little League. Refunds apply only to the base cost of the programs - late fees will not be refunded in any case.

Refunds for league registrations [3/20/22 update]:
  • 100% refund if canceled before 1st scheduled practice or before MLL gear has been received*.
    • [*note: as of 3/20/22, the costs for uniforms which have been ordered, gone into production and are non-cancellable will be deducted from any refund of the registration fee.] 
  • 50% refund if canceled no later than after 1st scheduled game and prior to next scheduled practice.**
    • [**note: for the spring 2022 season, due to COVID-19 shortages and uniform pre-orders, any parent requesting a refund after April 1st shall only be entitled to an amount equal to 50% of the base registration fee paid].  
  • No refund if canceled thereafter.
Refunds for other programs (e.g. camps or clinics):
  • 100% refund if canceled more than 72 hours before first event*
  • No refund if canceled with less than 72 hours before first event*
